“No.”

“Then did Secretary Clinton lie?”

“I can’t say that she did.”

“Is it against the law to keep sensitive, classified emails on an unsecured, private server?”

“Yes.”

“Did Secretary Clinton keep sensitive, classified emails on an unsecured, private server?”

“Yes.”

“Did Secretary Clinton break the law?”

“No.”
